  3. You have submitted a refund request within 7 days of the subscription purchase date.

Please note, refund requests outside of these conditions will not be accepted.

  3. If the issues cannot be resolved, our support team will give you instructions on how to submit a refund request.

  5. Once received, your refund request will be evaluated. If it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  1. If you have violated the terms of use of bbIPTV.
  2. If you request a refund for reasons other than major technical issues.
